In early November 2015, the center organized relevant department heads to participate in training on "5S" management.

After receiving the "5S" management training, various departments have rectified the existing problems and have now received good results.

In the future, the Transaction Service Center will continue to strengthen the learning and implementation of "5S" management to improve our work efficiency and achieve the goal of providing better services to customers.

The specific meaning of 5S

1. 4. Cleaning is the process of organizing, rectifying, and cleaning to the end, and institutionalizing it; Make management more open and transparent.

5. Literacy refers to the strict adherence and execution of prescribed tasks. A typical example is to demand strict adherence to standards, emphasize teamwork, and cultivate good habits of 5S management.
